Sheen's Lempeng (aka crepes)
Lempeng a.k.a. Crepes (makes about 24 pieces)
1 1/2 cups flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk ( I used HL Milk )
2 tablespoons of oil
pinch of salt
a tinge of vanilla essence (optional)
Whisk well and spread thin layer on a hot non-stick girdle.
Wallah...you have it. Yummy lempeng :)
Try it with variety of dips/spreads. Goes well with gravies like Curry or Sambals, even spreads like Nutella and Peanut Butter.
