A Gift Birthday Cake - STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

My older son came up to me and requested for a Birthday Cake be made for his Class Birthday celebration. It seems his class has decided that they wanted a Strawberry Cheesecake for the day. I thought, why not. It's not hard to make one, and I have most of the things needed, except for the cream cheese which is available at almost every supermarket. Even though it may take a bit of time, but thinking of how the kids will have a smile on the faces spurred me on. 

Anything home-made is good, God Willing :)

Recipe is similar to the previous one I made for Mr Hubby's Birthday a few months ago.
