I was wondering what to prepare for breakfast, till I noticed that there were some leftover Sambal Tumis Sardin. Some Lempeng (Crepes) would be perfect! So I used the Crepes recipe that I've posted many months ago and added some chopped large onions. You can lots of extra ingredients like grated coconut or choppped green chillies with coriander too. Substitute the milk for coconut milk to get a traditional taste. Have a great day!
