It's so so simple....yes it is!
Just melt and mix. Great for kids who loves to bake.Tender crumbs and moderate sweetness. This recipe is definitely for keeps. Try it yourself and adjust it if you like :)
You'll need:
A loaf pan
Preheat oven to 170deg celcius.
125gm butter
150gm sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg - slightly beaten.
2 medium ripe bananas - mashed
190gm Self-Raising Flour
60ml milk
Method:
Melt the butter, sugar and vanilla in a pan. Put aside to cool.
Add mashed bananas, then egg, and mix well.
Fold in flour alternately with milk.
Pour batter in pan and bake for about 35 mins or when skewer inserted comes out clean when tested.
** If you wish to make the Marble effect like mine in the pic, separate 1/3 of the batter and mix with 1 teaspoon of chocolate emulco and mix well. Spoon each batter alternately
into the loaf pan, and bake.
